Director & Chef - Oliver Buenviaje

With over two decades of experience in some of Australia’s most respected kitchens, Oliver Buenviaje — better known as Oli — leads Olio’s with precision, passion, and creative flair.

As both Director and Head Chef, Oli brings a culinary philosophy centred on premium produce, refined technique, and a deep respect for hospitality. Known for his calm leadership and elevated palate, he has delivered high-impact menus for luxury events, corporate clients, and private celebrations alike. Under his direction, Olio’s continues to redefine catering — bringing restaurant-level quality, elegance, and soul to every table.
